Admissions

Requirements

Basic requirements for all school applicants.

  • High School Graduate

  • 18 years old and above

  • Below 45 years of age

School Requirements:

1. SMI Registration Form

2. 2 pcs. Passport Sized Photo (Studio Quality)

3. Certified True Copy of your Birth Certificate or a Photocopy of any valid Government ID

Process

Registration

Step 1 - Contact the SMI Front Office to schedule a site visit (wait for confirmation via text, call, or email)

Step 2 - At the site visit, an SMI Field Coordinator will ask you or your authorized representative several questions related to training and assessment.

Step 3 - Once the Field Coordinator completes the site visit, you will be contacted by our Executive Department in order to negotiate the terms of our service.

Enrollment

Step 4 - Once you have successfully identified your beneficiaries/students you can simply contact the Field Coordinator again in order to schedule an orientation and registration.
Step 5
 - After the Field Coordinator has accomplished all the requirements for admissions, training can begin.

 

Certification

Step 7 - Simply communicate with the Field Coordinator in order to decide on a graduation date (Certificates of Training will be distributed on that day)
