Balingoan, Misamis Oriental - Skills Mastery Institute celebrates another achievement by graduating 107 students in Housekeeping NC II and Carpentry NC II capping off their graduation ceremony the Commencement Exercise was held last January 27, 2017 at Balingoan, Misamis Oriental.
The event was graced by the local Mayor (Mr. XXX), SMI President and CEO, Irene L. Floro, PhD and the Provincial Director of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Mr. Leo Velez.
